- Remove Weeds: Remove any and all unwanted weeds on asphalt.

- Pretreat Oil Spots: Treat with oil spot primer.
- Hot Crack Fill: "Hot" 400 degree rubberized material is poured into cracks. Also applied between garage apron, sidewalk and street with premium packages or upon request for an additional fee.
